National Online Application System (NOAS). Department Of Higher Education Research, Science & Technology National Online Application System (NOAS) is the official site Grade 12 School Leavers and current School Leavers (NSL Students) must use to apply for studies in registered Higher Education Institutions. National Online Selections will be Officiated by the Minister for Higher Education Research Science and Technology, Honble Kinoka Hoyune Feo on 18th December 2024.
Finally, after a long time of waiting DHERST published the National Selections on 20th December 2024 students’ results will be made available individually in the NOAS my Status.

The Main Motto of NOAS Applications is grade 12 students and non-school leavers (NSL)are encouraged to use the national Online application for admission into registered higher education institutions in the country. Dherst NOAS selection for 2025 HEI admission will be done online on Wednesday 18th December 2024 students can view their NOAS accounts for personal updates. NOAS results were officially released on 20th December 2024.

Hence, DHERST is the responsible Agency for the facilitation of grade 12 School leavers applications for tertiary admission. Since its Launch, the national Online application has replaced the centralized paper-based national Selections.
- First of all grade 12 students must obtain the invitation letter from their matriculation center
- Applicants must have access to a personal computer laptop/ phone/ tablet to Access the Internet service
