Education Ministry Opens Second Review Window for Grade 10 School Placement Now.
Learners Who are Dissatisfied With their Grade 10 Senior Placement Will Have a Second Opportunity to Review their School Choices Beginning Next Week.
Grade 10 Placement First Revision 2025
In the First Revision, the Ministry Received a total of 355,457 applications for review & 211,636 of them Were Approved, while the reset were declined.
According to the CS, the Declined Applications Were Rejected Mainly Because of the Absence of the Preferred Subject Combination Or the Lack of Capacity in the Selected Schools.
Learners Were Allowed the Opportunity to apply for review of the Initial Placement From December 23, 2025. The Processing of Review Applications Was Concluded On December 29, 2025 as well as results are now available on the placement website.
The Ministry Has Assured that learners whose reviews were approved can access joining instructions through the Ministry’s Placement Portals.
Learners Would be Required to Report their Respective Senior Schools Starting From 12th January 2026.
According to the Sources a total of 1,130,459 Learners sat the 2025 KJSEA, With 578,630 Being Male and 55,829 being female.
