KPSEA & KJSEA Exam Results 2025 Kenya. KPSEA and KJSEA results for 2025 are expected to be released in December 2025. While KCSE results will be published in January 2026, Education Cabinet Secretary CS Julius Ogamba says. As per the KNEC Chief Executive, David Njenger,e said 996,078 students are understanding the KCSE Exams. More than 2.4 million KPSEA and KJSEA Learners across the country began their national assessments. This year, KNEC successfully conducted the KPSEA exams from October 27, 2025, to October 29, 2025. The KJSEA exams were held from October 27, 2025, to November 3, 2025.
Where learners in Grade 6 are undertaking the KPSEA, marking the end of primary school, while those in Grade 9 will transition from Junior School to Senior School in January 2026. A total of 1,130,669 learners are in Grade 9 taking the KJSEA, while 1,298,089 Grade 6 Students are sitting for the KPSEA, In Total, KNEC is administering national examinations and Assessments to 3,424,836 Candidates across the country.

Therefore, Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) planned to release KJSEA & KPSEA Results in 2nd Week of December 2025. As per the Updates, KNEC publishes that the results of the exams are now available on its competency-based assessment (CBA) portal. Urging to school to log in to access learner-specific Results.
According to KNEC, the assessment seeks to establish the learning outcomes at the Upper Primary School Level and assess students’ levels of acquisition of core competencies and Values.

KNEC KPSEA Results 2025 – 2026
Now this year, no certificates will be issued for Grade 9 Candidates. As was the case with the phase-out Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE). Instead, they will receive result slips indicating their performance in each subject.
KJSEA results 2025 will contribute 60 percent of learners’ final score, while the remaining 40 percent will come from classroom assessments done in Grades 7 and 8.
