Zambia Teaching Service Commission Recruitment 2026. The Teaching Service Commission is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to be employed as Teachers during the 2025 Teacher Recruitment exercise. Minister of Education, Douglas Syakalima disclosed this at a press briefing in Lusaka, where he announced the commencement of the recruitment of 2,000 teachers for the year 2025. He stated that the Teaching Service Commission is expected to publish the recruitment advertisement tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21, 2026, with applications closing on April 27, 2026. Since 2022, Government has recruited more than 41,917 teachers, which Syakalima described as a critical investment in improving access to quality education, particularly in rural communities.
Teaching Service Commission Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted at the district, provincial, and national levels, with successful candidates expected to be placed on the government payroll by August 2026.

- At first, go to its official portal schoolpay.co.zm
- Select pay ECZ
- Select get receipt
- Filter to results verification fees and enter the NRC number, then click Search
- Download receipt and print.
- Upload/attach proof of payment to the application.
