Passers May Request for a CoE Printed On CSC Official letterhead By November 20, 2024. The Letterhead CoE is Issued Free of Charge By the Concerned CSC Regional / Field Office Where the Exam Was Taken.
A.1 Issuance & Claiming of Letterhead CoE
Notwithstanding the Given Date Above, Passers are Strongly Advised to Verify First if their Letterhead CoE Is Already Available for Claiming Before Going to the CSC Regional / Field Office.
Passers Should Personally Claim their CoE, Presenting the Following Items
(i) ID Card-Preferably the Same I.D Card Presented During the Filling of Application. In Case of Loss Or Unavailability the Examinee Must Present Any of the Other Accepted I.D Cards for Civil Service Exam Which is Valid.
