The List of eligible beneficiaries for the second phase of the Aswesuma Welfare Benefit scheme was announced on 02 July 2025. The Relevant list was displayed on the notice boards of all divisional Secretariats and the offices of Grama Niladhari and subject field officers. - On the homepage, click on the appeals form Sinhala or Tamil
- Download the Aswesuma Appeals form once it’s displayed
- Fill up all details correctly and submit at the district divisional secretariats before 16-07-2025.
