- Complete all relevant sections of the form in upper Case, failure to do so may result in the rejection of your application.
- The form must be sent with certified copies of all educational qualification documents
- Do not send original copies; original copies must be produced for sighting at the time of Registration.
- Each application entitles you to apply for only one program of your choice
- Fax or email applications will not be processed.
- Applications received after the closing date will not be processed.
