UG Graduation List 2026: The University of Ghana Soon Release the Graduation List for 2025/2026. The Congregation Ceremonies are Scheduled to Take Place From Schedule Date.
The Ceremonies Will Honour Candidates From the 04 Colleges, Accra City Campus & the School of Graduate Studies, Who Successfully Completed their Programs Of Study during 2025-2026 Academic.
University of Ghana Graduation List for 2025/2026
The University of Ghana Has Officially Declared Its Graduation List for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, Marking an exciting milestone for students who have successfully completed their programs.
Congregation Ceremonies are scheduled as follows
- February 11th to 15th, 2025
- 19th February to 21st Feb 2025
Graduates Can Verify their Names on the Official Graduation List. Ensure You Confirm Your Eligibility Ahead of the Ceremonies to Avoid last minute confusions.
Graduates are Encouraged to Promptly Collect their Certificates.
UG Graduation List 2025 Ghana
The Distribution of Certificates Will Start from 11th Feb to Until March 7th, 2025.
Graduates are Advised to Collect their Certificates Within 06 Months of Graduation to Avoid Any Penalties.
Certificates Not Picked Up by 1-9-2025 Will Attract At GHC 500.00 Late Collection Fees.
For Non Attendees of the Congregation, Appointments can be made online to retrieve certificates from the academic affairs directorate starting 10th march 2025.
Certificate Collection from Schools & Decentralized Centers
Certificates Will be Issued to Registered Graduates At their Respective Schools & Designated Decentralized Certificate Collection Centers Immediately following their graduation ceremonies. Distribution Will Occur From 11/02/2025 to 7/3/2025, Which is From the Start of Congregation Up to 02 Weeks After the Last Day of Congregation.
Graduands Whose Certificates are Not Ready At the Time of Collection Must Ensure they Provide their Telephone No & Email Address by their Name On the Distribution List being Maintained By Staff At the Decentralized Center
Certificates Not Collected from the Decentralized Locations Will be Returned to the Academic Affairs Directorate.
Starting 10th March 2025 the Academic Affairs Directorate Will Handle Certificate Distribution Strictly By Booking.
Students Who Do Not Register to Attended Congregation May Book an Appointment Online At—- to collect their certificates at the academic affairs directorate room d& after march 10, 2025.
