At the End of Each and Every Week During the Contest Period On the Last Day of the Week Star Will Shortlist a Maximum of 7 Winners Out of the Participants having made a valid entry all the videos received by STAR During the Corresponding Week.
The Shortlisted Participant Winner Shall Not in Any Circumstances Make Any Claims Against the Star Entities Arising Out of Or Relating to Any and All Costs, Injuries, losses Or Damages of Any Kind, Including Without Limitation Death and Bodily Injury Due in Whole Or in Part Directly Or Indirectly to the Winners Participation in the Contest Or Any Related Activity to the Extend Permitted Under Law.
