Candidates who are interested in the SPES 2026 Program must pass the qualifications mentioned below and will undergo the qualifying examination (QE) to determine the final Beneficiaries.
Qualifications:
- 15 to 30 Years Old
- Resident
- Parents or Guardians combined net income after tax, including his or her own if any, does not exceed the annual regional poverty threshold for a family of Six, amounting to P198,729.40 as determined by NEDA.
- Must not be a Beneficiary of any full scholarship grant.
- Must have a passing general weighted average for the 1st or 2nd Semester SY 2025-2026.
Note: Employment period is tentatively scheduled to start in the first week of June 2026.
