Prize money for taxable prize(s) shall be paid by the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries, gangtok.
b) Only the sold tickets on all serials and series will be eligible for prizes under any prize rank.
c) Prize Money for non-taxable prizes(s) (Below Rs. 10,000/-) shall be directly paid by the Agent/seller. lf a winner, wins prize money exceeding Rs 10,000/- from multiple tickets, he/she must inform the retailers/sellers while making his/her claim. ln such an event, the said prize money should be claimed from the Government in the prescribed claim form. The retailer/seller in no circumstances disburse the prize money exceeding Rs 10,000/- to a particular winner
