PRC Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Announces that 2,974 out of 4,038 passed the Pharmacist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Pharmacy in N.C.R Baguio, cagayan De oro, Cebu, Davao, IloIlo, Koronadal, and other Locations on November 2,3, 2023. After the Pharmacist Licensure Exam results all the successful examinees are waiting for Rating Verification, Registration of Passers, and the Face to Face Oath taking Schedule and venue of the Successful Passers.

PRC Pharmacy Board has started Conducting Face-to-face oath-taking for New Pharmacists Below is the Oath oath-taking schedule for the newly Registered Pharmacist from the Professional Regulation Commission. face-to-face mass Oath Taking of the New Pharmacist will be held on December 9, 2023 10:00 AM at the Plenary Hall, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Pasay City.

Face to face Oath Taking Schedule 2023 New Pharmacists

All Successful passers who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass Oathtaking shall Register not later than 12;00 NN of the day prior to the date of the Oathtaking at online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.

After the New Pharmacist Oath taking, Inductees shall proceed with their initial Registration by securing an online appointment at online.prc.gov.ph.

The Verification of ratings and test results for the Licensure Exam for Pharmacists given by the PRC Regulatory Board of Pharmacy. The All Successful list of passers can refer to the PRC Official website and use the Verification page to know their Board examination Passing Rate.

• Notice of Admission / NOA
• Duly Accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
• Two Prices of Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with a complete name tag
• Two Sets of Documentary stamp
• One Pirce short brown envelope.
