Before the exam date, PRC releases an official list of room assignments. Check the details like
Examinee’s full name
Assigned school or testing center
Room or seat number
Region or city (e.g., Manila, Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, etc.)
Exam schedule and reporting time
How to Check Room Assignment for November 2025 NLE Exam

1. Visit the official PRC website: www.prc.gov.ph
When you click on the above link. You will see the below web page.
2. Go to the Room Assignment section under the News & Events or Announcements tab.
3. Look for the notice titled Room Assignments for the November 2025 Nursing Licensure Examination.
4. Click on the link corresponding to your testing location (e.g., NCR, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, etc.)
5. Open the PDF or webpage to view the list of examinees.
Now you will see the webpage as below.
Click on view Room Assignment button on the page. Download the pdf and check your name and Center details.
What to Bring on Exam Day
The PRC enforces strict examination protocols. To avoid disqualification or delays, make sure to bring all the required items. Here is a checklist for your convenience:
- Notice of Admission (NOA)
- Official receipt of payment
- Two (2) or more black ballpoint pens
- Pencils (No. 2)
- One (1) long transparent envelope
- One (1) long brown envelope
- Valid ID (e.g., PRC ID, School ID, Passport, or any government-issued ID)
- Alcohol or sanitizer (in a small container)
- Face mask (optional, depending on PRC health guidelines at the time)
Electronic devices, review notes, and communication gadgets are strictly prohibited. Dress properly and modestly, following the PRC’s dress code for examinees.
Reporting Time and Venue Guidelines
Examinees are usually required to report before 6:30 AM on both exam days. Latecomers are not allowed to enter once the examination has started, so it’s advisable to arrive at least one hour early.
