Therefore, Guidance and Counselor Licensure Examination successfully held at NCR, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Koronadal, Lucena, Rosales and palawan testing Centers. Where the 1st shift of the exam was held from 7 am to 7.45 AM and the Last Swift of the exam was held on August 06 & 07, 2025, from 1 pm to 2.30 PM. - Download the duly accomplished oath form
- 2 Sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece Short Brown Envelope.
