Under PMNLA Scheme II, the Higher Education Commission Was the Executing Agency for the Program, Around 500,000 Laptops Have Been Successfully Distributed through Transparent Online System Across Public Sector Universities and Technical Colleges Including Federal and FATA Colleges.
