OWWA EDSP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
- OWWA Scholarship is open and active to its children or siblings
- Applicants must be incoming first-year college students.

- Continuing college students must be under 30 years old with no failing grades.
- General weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% or its equivalent.
