Passers may request a FREE Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead until 11-06-2026
A Certificate of Eligibility printed on security paper is also available upon request, subject to the corresponding fee.
Please be advised that Reports of Rating will NOT be mailed to individual examinees.
To qualify for eligibility, candidates must obtain a general rating of at least 80.00.

CSC Verification of Rating March 2025
46,470 Examinees Successfully Passed the March 2025 Civil Service Exam Pass Rate is 14.57%. CSC Officials Reported that 42,472 Examinees, Constituting 14.79 Percent of the 287,254 total examinees, have passed the CSE Professional Level. For the CSE Sub Professional Level, 3998 Individuals of the 31,719 Examinees Achieved a Passing Rate.
