- Certified Copy of ID
- Ready to undergo a Medical Examination to determine fitness
- Grade 10 (old curriculum) 23 points with an E in English, Maths, and Physics
- Grade 11 (New Curriculum) 20 points with an F in English, Maths, and Physics
- Grade 12 (old Curriculum) 21 Points with an E in English, Maths, and Physics.
