Examiners and Other Matters
Each Exam Will be prepared by the 2025 BAR Chairperson With the aid of four examiners per subject pursuant to Bard Matter No. 1161. The Increased Number of Examiners is Meant to Facilitate the expedient yet through correction of answers.
There will be a total of 20 essay questions per exam, with only a single question per number. Answers will be graded with a total of 0 to 100 percent ( 0 to 100% ) or five percent (5%) per question.
The Question Will be Straightforward and will be designed to assess the examinee’s understanding of basic and fundamental legal knowledge expected of entrants to the legal profession.
