How to Attend the Oathtaking Ceremony for New Social Workers
Newly licensed social workers must attend the oathtaking ceremony organized by the Professional Regulation Commission, to officially become registered professionals. To attend, secure an Oath Form and confirm your slot through the PRC’s official website. Bring the required documents, including passport size photos, documentary stamps, and a valid ID. Arrive early at the venue on the scheduled date for registration and verification. During the ceremony, participants will recite the professional oath led by PRC officials. Completing the oathtaking is a vital step before claiming your Professional Identification Card and Certificate of Registration.
Important Note: All successful examinees interested in attending the face to face mass oathtaking shall register not later than 12:00 NN of the day prior to the date of the oathtaking at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm their attendance.
Registration and Requirements
According to PRC guidelines, those who attended the oathtaking must complete the initial registration for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card, and Certificate of Registration. Registrants are required to bring.

- 2 passport-size ID photos (white background, name tag)
- 2 documentary stamps
