Roles and Responsibilities’
- Conduct data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions
- Accurately record and document field data
- Work closely with supervisors and research teams to ensure data quality
- Follow research protocols, ethical standards, and timelines
- Submit completed data collection tools and reports on time
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above in social sciences, education, statistics, or related fields
- Previous experience in data collection or field research is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in diverse and sometimes challenging field environments
- Knowledge of local languages relevant to the assigned region is highly desirable
