The project involves extensive fieldwork and stakeholder engagement in two chartered cities and seven regions.

Roles and Responsibilities’

1. Conduct data collection activities, including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions
2. Accurately record and document field data
3. Work closely with supervisors and research teams to ensure data quality
4. Follow research protocols, ethical standards, and timelines
5. Submit completed data collection tools and reports on time

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree and above in social sciences, education, statistics, or related fields
2. Previous experience in data collection or field research is an advantage
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in diverse and sometimes challenging field environments
5. Knowledge of local languages relevant to the assigned region is highly desirable
