Ethiopian Ministry of Education stated that the Grade 8th & grade 6th Regional Model exam will help students to acquire better questions and improve their psychological ability to succeed in the regional exam that will be held on June 03 and 04, 2025. This Year 8th & 6th Grade 2017 model exam is being conducted for the second academic year. Ethiopian Ministry of Education Successfully Conducted the የ8ኛ & የ6ኛ ክልላዊ ክፍል ሞዴል ፈተና in all Regions of Sidama, Amhara, Addis Ababa, Central Ethiopia, Harari, Afar, Oromia, Gambella, Tigray, and Other Regions. A lakh of Students have appeared for the Ethiopia 8th & 6th Grade Regional Model Examinations 2017.

Ethiopian schools also said that they will analyze the results of 8th & 6th Grade Model Examination 2017 and prepare reinforcement lessons and questions to fill in the gaps for students to prepare for the main Exam. The Ministry of Education Bureau announced that the regional exam of grade 8 will he held on June 3 and 4, 2025 and the regional exam for grade 6 will be held on June 5 and 6, 2025. Now all the students who participated can check their result status, including percentage and the subject wise marks on the official site.

It is noted that the National Education Assessment and examinations service has announced that the 12th Grade national exam will be given from June 23, 2025.
