EDUKAR 2026-2027 Scholarship Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a Filipino citizen
• Must be a resident of General Santos City for at least three (3) years prior to the start of the school year.
• Must not be a graduate of any degree.
• Must have an academic weighted average of at least eighty percent (80%) with no failing grade in any subject during the last two semesters.
• Must be a registered voter of General Santos City, or if not yet of legal age, any of the parents/guardians must be a registered voter of General Santos City.
• Must possess good moral character.
• Must not be a recipient or grantee of any scholarship or educational financial assistance from any government office or Non-Government organization

EduKAR Scholarship Program 2026-2027 Important Details

1. The registration is limited to only 1500 available slots.
2. Registration will be open online for one day only.
3. Without online registration, applications will not be accepted.
4. Only residents of General Santos City are eligible.
5. On-site applications will not be available.
6. Ensure all required information is complete and accurate. Incomplete registration will not be accepted
7. This opportunity is exclusively for incoming first-year, incoming second-year, incoming third-year, and incoming fourth-year college students.
8. Applicants may only comply with the documentary requirements after the examination.
9. Applications must be submitted in person.NO representatives or proxies allowed

EDUKAR Scholarship Program Academic Year 2026-2027 Walk-in Application

Walk-in applications will be accepted on April 21-22, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Interested applicants must submit their application form directly to the City Mayor’s Office AKLAT, located at City Hall Drive, CENRO Compound, YADO Building, Second Floor.

City Mayors Request that you complete the form via the provided link at your earliest convenience. Due to high Volume of Registration entries, they facing technial issues.
