City Education and Development Office successfully conducted the City Scholarship Program 2026 Qualifying Examination for College and Diploma Programs from April 21, 2026, to April 24, 2026. Nearly 5,000 city scholar applicants took their qualifying exams as the City Education and Development Office (CEDO) kicked off the testing period on Monday, April 20, at Liceo de Cagayan University Main Campus. City Scholarship Program 2026 Administered by the Center for Educational Measurement, the qualifying examination period will run until April 25, 2026. As these hopeful Kagay-anon youth take on the challenge, we celebrate their courage, preparation, and commitment to succeed.

The City Scholarship Program continues to provide deserving students with financial assistance, helping them pursue higher education and reduce the burden of tuition and school expenses. The examination for the scholarship application process was administered by the Center for Educational Measurement (CEM Manila. Thousands of applicants are eagerly waiting for the City Scholarship Program Qualifying Exam Results 2026.
This marks the sixth consecutive year that the CEM has partnered with Cagayan de Oro (LGU-CDO) Hall to ensure a standardized and unbiased selection process.
