DGT Going to Conduct All India Common Entrance test (AICTE) For Admission to Craft Instructor Training Through Centralized Counselling. The Main Objective to Conduct the Craft Instruction Training Test, is to Train Instructor in the Techniques Of Transferring Hands On Skills In order to Train Semi-Skilled / Skilled Manpower for Industry.
At Present Craft Instructors are Trained In 34 Trades and the Training is Conducted in 28 National Skill Training Instituties (NSTI), 6 State Govt Institute Of Training Of Trainers (IToT) and 12 Private Institute Of Training Of Trainers.
All this Courses Will be Hosted Under the Aegis (NCVT) National Council of Vocational Training.
