INVITATION FOR SELECTION OF RECRUIT PRIVATES, REFERENCE: PVT-RECRUIT VACANCY 1/2026. Below Mentioned shortlisted applicants are to report at the below listed Mobile Recruitment Centres as per the given dates and timings. These Mobile Recruitment Centres are:

• Gaborone,
• Maun,
• Tsabong,
• Kasane,
• Gantsi, Francistown a
• Palapye.

Important Note:

Gaborone Recruitment Centre has been divided into three Processing Stations being;
SSKB

• Village Garrison
• Glen Valley Barracks

Applicants shortlisted under Gaborone Recruitment Centre must report at their specified Processing Station.

Candidates Who Fail to Report would be an automatic disqualification. Further to that, those candidates whose names do not appear should consider themselves unsuccessful.

SELECTION PROCESS

All candidates will have to undergo a selection process which includes the following:

1. Comprehensive medical exam.

2. Aptitude test.

3. Physical fitness assessment (2.4km run, push-ups and sit-ups).

4. Security clearance / vetting.

MANDATORY TRAINING

 Successful candidates shall undergo a 6 months Basic Military Training. On completion of training, Privates must be ready to serve in various geographical locations and environmental conditions.

Application letter, Certified copies of National identity card (Omang), and Certified relevant educational certificates/documents, transcripts, CV and references must be attached.
