APS Namibia Human Resource Officer Eligibility 2025
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field.
- A Minimum of 03 Years Experience in the HR Role
- Proficiency in HR Systems and MS Suite
- A Valid Drivers License is an Added Advantage
Responsibilities Human Resources
- Administer the Full Employee Lifecycle
- Ensure HR Policies & Procedures Comply With Local Labor Laws and Financial Regulations.
- Maintain and Update Employee Records, HR Systems and Payroll Documentation
- Handle Employee Relations Matters
- Coordinate Staff Training and Development
- Responsible for Reviewing Insurance Clauses
- Assist With Operation to Ensure that all items are Correct in Terms of UPS Where Required.
