According to the Sources, A Total of Rs 12.63 Billion Has Been Allocated For 1,737,141 Eligible Families Under the Aswesuma Welfare Program.

The Welfare Benefits Board Has Announced that the Welfare Allowance for the Month of April 2025 Under the Aswesuma Program Will be Available to Beneficiaries Starting 11th April ( Friday ).

The Statement further Noted that Disbursements of the Increased Allowances Introduced Under the 2025 Budget, Including the Elderly Allowance Have Also Commenced this Month.

Huge Number of Applications Have Been Received Seeking to be Registered Under the Aswesuma Welfare Payment Scheme With an expected total beneficiaries of 2.4 million families this year.

The Scheme Provides Monthly Allowances of 2,000 for the elderly (over 70 years), rs 5000 for disabled individuals and rs 5000 for kidney patients.
