01. Individual Examination Result / Rating Through OCSERGS

Examinees Both Passed & Failed, Can Generate their Individual Test Results Using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) Not Later than 27th October 2024.

No Report of Rating Shall be Mailed to Individual Examinees

02. Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) For Passers

a. Letterhead CoE

Passers May Request For a CoE Printed On CSC Official Letterhead By June 12, 2024. The Letterhead CoE Is the Issued Free of Charge By the Concerned CSC Regional / Field Office Where the Exam Was Taken

b. Security Paper CoE

Apart From the Letterhead CoE, Passers May Also Opt to apply For CoE Printed On Security Paper With Fee.

The Security Paper CoE and Its Authenticated Copy/ ies May be Applied For and Obtained From Any of the 16 CSC ROs Nationwide, Regardless of the Place Of Examination, Also by June 12th, 2024. Relatedly, Passers are Advised to Verify First the Availability Of the Service Before Going to the CSC RO.
