- የተማሪዎቹ መታወቂያ ቁጥሮች (የምዝገባ ቁጥር) እና
- የተማሪውን የመጀመሪያ ስም በማስገባት
- ኮርስ አሳይ የሚለውን ቁልፍ በመጫን (አምጣ ኮርስ)
- ማጉረምረም የሚፈልጉትን ይምረጡ
- በመጨረሻ ቅሬታዎን ለማስገባት የሪፖርት (ቅሬታ ጨምር) ቁልፍን መጫን ይችላሉ.
