- next, download the Nourish app on your Phone
- Record a video of the Track nutrition ki Sargam you could either sing it in your own voice or play it on the instrument of choice
- Upload and submit your video on the link shared on the Nourish app
- 30 Participants from each category will be chosen for the battel round
- the battle Round will continue for 18 days where chosen contestants will have a one on one face-off.
- contestants will be judged on the basis of cumulative votes by the audience. these votes will be added to kailash Khers score given for each contestant.
