BGCSE with a minimum of 28 points and a minimum of Grade D or Better in English, Mathematics
and Science or Tourism and Hospitality Studies or any Business related subjects. Geography, History,
Development Studies will be added advantage
2 years’ Work experience in the related field will be an added advantage
OR
Foundation in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent
OR
Registered Orphaned and Vulnerable Children (OVC), Special Education Needs (SEN) and Remote
Area Communities (RAC) with 26 points with Grade E or Better in in English, Mathematics and
Science or Tourism and Hospitality Studies or any Business related subjects. Geography, History and
Development Studies will be added advantage
Diploma in Culinary Arts
