The Ministry of Education and Youth will announce the results of the Grade 4 Primary Exit Profile (PEP). Once the PEP Grade 4 Results 2025 are available to parents can access the results on the DPIS-Go online reporting portal site dpsonline.com. This site is designed to make parent reports accessible to all parents and guardians of students who are at primary level institutions. Education Minister Dana Morris-Dixon has announced the 56% proficiency rate in the 2025 PEP Results.
Grade 6 & Grade 4 PEP Results
The Primary Exit profile, which assesses students’ mastery of the national standard curriculum, evaluates high-order thinking skills such as problem solving, analysis, and synthesis.
A total of 33,462 students across 964 institutions were registered for PEP Examinations. In the 2023 grade 4 results, 26.5 percent of students were at the beginning level. However, by grade 6 in 2025, only three percent remained at that level.
In grade 4, 33.9 percent of students were at the beginning stage and 27.4 percent were developing, suggesting significant gaps.
It’s really an excellent publication, and each school needs to work with the ministry when they receive it, actually to put it into action. The Minister encouraged this.
Primary Exit Profile Grade 6 & Grade 4 Placement Contribution scores
The Scores to be used towards placement for the current grade 6 cohort (2024/2025) are shown in the table below.

PEP Grade 4 Results 2025
The Ministry of Education said that the system crashes every year, because parents try to register and access results at the same time. As we know Results of the Grade Six Primary Exit Profile (PEP) Examination were released on Friday, June 20, 2025. Once the PEP Grade 4 result 2025 is announced, we will activate the result links on this page. PEP grade 6 results were released to schools at 11:00 AM and parent accessed their result at 1-PM. Dr. Dana Morris Dixon revealed this morning that the results are better than last years.
