PNG Tertiary Selection is a process where all the eligible school leaver students who have completed Grade 12 are selected for tertiary Studies Under the TESAS Scholarships Program. Usually, the DHERST selection List 2026 will contain information about candidates who have got prescribed marks. That means, that the names of the candidates who applied for tertiary programs and the marks they have scored in the category of exam belonging to all of these will be made available in the 2026 PNG DHERST Tertiary selections list.

A total of 23,428 students have been offered places at tertiary institutions across Papua New Guinea for the 2026 academic year. From the figure, 15,688 places were allocated to school leavers, while 7,740 places were assigned to non-school leavers, matching the total intake of 23,428 students for next year.
