In line with the British Army Physical Entry Standard (PES) the Following Physical assessments will be conducted in phase 3 (Final Selection).

• Jerrycan Carry: Unde 2 minutes (best Effot=rt)
• DOKO Run: Under 45 Minutes 9Best Effort)
• Mid-thigh Pull: Pull 76 kilograms (British Army Only)
• Medicine ball throw: thro 3.1 Meters Distance (British Army only)
• Teal Task: (GCSPF Only).
